Myofascial Release is a whole body hands on approach for the evaluation and treatment of the human structure. Cellular memory of physical and emotional trauma is housed within  the fascia. Once the injury or insult occurs the fascia binds, loosing it's flexibility, causing restrictions in movement and energy flow. Our bodies operate most efficiently when our essence or soul harmonizes and aligns with it. When there is restriction the soul is unable to take up “residency” in that area. Embody utilizes Myofsacial Release to remove the restriction restoring spirit flow and Divine Right Function. Once this occurs individual create their reality based in peace and harmony experienced in the present moment; rather than one that is created based in a past emotional or physical trauma. The fascia is a tough connective tissue that spreads throughout the body in a 3 dimensional web from head to toe without interruption. Energy patterning is typically set-up in childhood. When the child learns how to manage their energy. Energy blocks are created in an attempt to stop unpleasant feeling. If they block are not cleared they can eventually manifest in the physical body in the form of disease.
