What is crystal?

Crystal are fossilized water, formed when water combines with an element under certain conditions of pressure, temperature and energy. Silica sand, combined with water becomes quartz crystal. They have many physical properties. They amplify, transform, store focus, and tranfor energy. 

What are Singing Crystal Bowls?

Crystal bowls are made from 99.992% pure crushed quartz. They are available in clear or frosted in a variety of sizes ranging from 6 to 24 inches in diameter.  The clear bowl produce a clear, light, angelic tone and can be held while played. You can literally feel the vibration of the bowl vibrate through your arm and body. The frosted bowls produce a deeper grounding tone which reverberate and linger longer.

What is sound?   

Everything that moves vibrates, from the smallest molecule to the universe itself. As long as it is vibrating, it is making some kind of sound. The human ear can hears ound vibrations between 20 and 20,000 cycles per second, although we perceive sound by skin and bone conduction, ingesting and consuming it with the whole body. We may not perceive sound that is above or below our threshold of hearing. 

Scientific studies show that sound can produce changes in autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems. Every atom, molecule, cell gland and organ of the human body absorbs and emits sound. MFR bodywork sessions. Following the physical release of fascial restrictions the bowls are placed on the client and played directing energy  into the physical body. Kundalini yoga: A series of breathing and posture poses deigned to charge the energy bodies and chakras. Specific poses work with specific chakras and the corresponding bowl simultaneously.
Symphony of oneness: Group chanting sessions where the tome is played with participants chanting the corresponding sound. The crystal singing bowls enhance the experience of oneness to the level where the individual voices/chants combine and one can no longer determine where one voice begins or ends. 
Crystal singing bowl meditations or 5D hypnotherapy sessions. During crystal singing bowl meditations participants feel the vibration of the notes resonate within their physical body. It feels like a buzzing, movement or vibration. What is music?

Music is organized sound. Virtually all cultures have used the power of music therapeutically. For several hundred years, the role of music has been one of entertainment. Only recently has the use of sound and music reappeared as a valuable healing modality in western culture. The goal of music therapy is to reduce stress and discomfort, promote relaxation, develop self-awareness and creativity, improve learning, and clarity.

What is color?

Sound and color are both forms of energy, which vibrate. As the vibration of the sound becomes higher and lighter, the sound is transmuted into color. Color is visible sound, and sound is auditory color. Both light and sound affect the chakras, especially when used in conjunction.

Chakras are energy vortexes that take in and metabolize energy from the universal source. They can be open, shut, or any state in between. A block in one may affect another charkas healthy function. Each chakra corresponds to a specific color and note. You thoughts control the energy flow in and around you. A block is a thought or feeling held in consciousness. The energy becomes dense and dirty and cannot push through sufficient energy to the next chakra. 

What is sound healing?

When an organ or body part is healthy, it creates a natural resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. When the vibration of a part of the body is out of harmony, it leads to dis-ease. A different sound pattern is established in the affected part of the body. Sound can be used projecting it into the body that is affected to correct harmonic patterns.

How do I know which Bowl to choose?

Each note corresponds to a specific chakra. Below is a brief description of each note and chakra function. You may want to choose a bowl to enhance a specific area, or you may simply feel drawn to one.

Root Chakra: is related to issues of physical security. It is the root, the beginning of your being - your connection to the earth. It is connected to and affected by thoughts and feelings about: career, finances, home, needs, physical safety, and possessions.

Sacral Chakra: The sacral chakras primary drive is the pursuit of pleasure and is animated by magnetism. Living a life guided by magnetism empowers you to change a mundane experience into something special. Solar Plexus: The solar plexus, located behind your navel. Although this chakra represents your mental body, its healthy function depends on emotional balance. Warmth, self esteem, optimism, confidence, sensitivity and happiness are felt when this chakra is balanced and spinning properly. When working efficiently it relates to the absorption and assimilation of food. The solar plexus is affected by thoughts and feelings about power and control. It is the seat of your willpower.

Heart Chakra: The heart chakra, the area where you’re spiritual and physical self merge.  This is where you experience the hearts perspective. Brow Chakra/3rd Eye: The brow chakra represents clairvoyance or clear vision. This is  also referred to as your third eye, located between your two physical eyes. You use your third eye all the time, in dreams at night, daydreams, anytime you picture anything in your mind, or use your imagination. When the 3rd eye is balanced and spinning properly, you can see creation manifesting before your eyes. You see the signs and omens that reveal your true path. Indigo is related to and affected by thoughts and feelings about the future, the past, and beliefs about the spiritual realm.
